Who’s behind the store? 

My name is Jakub and I am the founder of Letter Mugs. I have personally built this store from scratch in order to bring you the best shopping experience. I am based in Europe and I take my best care of your orders and customer satisfaction.

Getting our products to our customers as fast as possible is very important for us. As most of our customers come from the United States and Canada, your mugs are printed and packed under a strict quality control in California.
